Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations of bookings with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Cancellations for bookings 48 hours prior to arrival will incorporate a $20 administration fee. Cancellations for bookings during peak periods( ie; Easter / the week of and / between Christmas and New Year / Leeuwin Concert Weekend / the Anaconda Weekend) and public holidays will not be refunded in the week prior to the booking dates unless an alternate booking is received.
